The living room exudes a sense of glamour, especially through its plush sofas done in leather and wine-coloured velvet. Panels of fluted metal form the backdrop for the sofa. A set of small tables, made up of different materials such fabric, metal and wood, are anchored by the wooden floor.
Strategically placed plants liven up the space with vibrant green.
The living space is demarcated by a wall of panels in fluted glass set within burnished metal frames that emit an Art Deco vibe.
On the other side of the fluted panels is a cosy sitting space for two.
Yet another seating area sports a more subdued but equally rich look. The double-height area has walls clad in veneer panels and strips of Italian marble with detailing of metal trims.
The grey leather sofas sport fluted bands of tufting, their L-shaped arrangement centred around coffee tables made of Statuario marble and brass.
The bar cabinet wears the same fluted look as the grey sofas. Little marble platforms suspended above it are held up with glossy brass rods.
The dining room wall is clad in Italian marble strips and veneer. The crockery unit in polyurethane (PU) is topped with Italian marble that has a recessed washbasin made of the same marble to blend it in with the countertop.

The bedroom for the newly-wed couple in the family brims with vibrant elements. Gehani says,”The highlight of the room is the black Portoro marble flooring accentuated with brown walnut veneer walls that are accentuated with brushed brass metal strips.” The bed with a tufted wing headboard and the ottoman are finished in velvet upholstery. Mirror-finished side tables that flank the bed add to the sheen. The customised abstract carpet, complements the colour scheme, while the pendant lights from Sans Souci add a stunning accent feature.
The walk-in wardrobe is all wood and glass, spelling chic sophistication. Wooden floors in a chevron pattern are balanced by the dark tinted transparent wardrobe doors.
The bedroom for the elderly parents is, according to Gehani, “a masterful fusion of surface details, creating a luxurious, yet elegant space”. The wall behind the bed features a combination of embossed and plain fabric cladding with metal detailing. Veneer paneling camouflages the dressing door, while adding a dynamic detail. A cosy seating area in front of a wall-sized window that allows ample natural light when open, gives the finishing touch.
The bathroom is clad entirely in veined off-white marble. The marble wall that separates the dry and wet areas sports angular grooves, providing a break in pattern. The round bespoke mirrors and the inbuilt lights set within metal frames complement the circular form of the vanity.
The shower wall matches the basin wall in its grooved pattern.
The powder room is striking with its dark floor in Saint Lauren marble and the patterned mosaic on the upper half of the wall. Wise use of mirrors doubles the impact. The vanity is finished in PU, and brass hardware highlights the dark scheme.
