Ok. in that case please let the area dry in summer. It is very important. Remove the area mould completely with power washer and bleach. Do it for 2-3 times. Do cover the area with " Damp proof " smart care solution and then use "Ultima Protek paint" . The products mentioned above are from Asian paints . Greeting sir, nice to see your replies....please note this white wall contains unistone red brick work (2.6 inches*8inches)concealed with white sticky tape .done to prevant paint stains as noticed and suggested . about the wall coming out of the slope its not in actual merely an illusion becoz of the taping... also.the red brick work is complimented with white cement....for flooring steel grey granite and s white As planned...im attaching u final finished look wud b like...v wud b putting artificial grass garden besides the right side of the building ground floor.. good to know appreciative responses from you..please suggest another ideas floor plan ill share for sure

antislip and easy maintainance tiles for exterior is the key. choose any shade, colour, size. must not have deep textures as that's gonna be tough later in use. do consider slope and drainage appropriately as terrace may lead to water proofing issues in future. make sure skirting is everywhere and corners with top part of the balcony wall is tiled properly. thanks shradha shah beescheese design

Create a border along with the window frame using plaster or some other thing to levitate as shown in purple colour then colour two different areas with two different colours main entrance colour should be more bright and welcoming and consider developing stairs from ground to plinth all along the the wall as shown by brown colour This would divide the things in ration and will remove the awkwardness this is the cheapest way . rest you can spend as much as you can . . .
