Need advice regarding flooring and wall paint color
Comments (13)Hi, I would suggest changing the furniture fabric first and formost, go for a solid colour say white, offwhite, grey or even brown, and use colourful cushions which you may keep changing. A light yellow more like a dull yellow with wall accessories will look great on the walls. . For the flooring , please use wooden laminates and repolish the ceiling (as i see is a lovely wooden ceiling ) to a similar shade. Change the curtains to a breezy white curtains. Avoid curtains on the door. Reduce the clutter and you have a wow living room . For more ideas you may use our edecor services , just mail us at snsofdesign@gmail.com with the above reference . Comments (8)Thanks for your response . I am not planning to get the walls removed . Just the window panels . If the panels are removed - it would become a flat surface . Not sure how good would that look - may be with curtains on . Curtains may not have any back rest / Support as it would be hollow inside Not sure if you got me right - else shall contact you tomorrow...See MoreNeed advice for frontal decoration and elevation.
Comments (1)Hi Animesh, In the chajjas, you can use artificial creepers. On the first floor, you can paint the wall in dark color, with raindrop texture plaster, or you can use cement sheet of the texture you like. Add a swing to your balcony, go for terrace garden. A terrace garden is enough to light up any space or elevation. -Thanks, -Neelam -Lines and Profile...See MoreNeed advice before finalising the floor layout.
Comments (7)Rahul, You have a large space at your disposal. You may want to specify the usage and the family requirements to get an informed opinion. There are many things noticable and giving a detailed feedback on the entire place isn't feasible here. However, it appears that the rooms will not get too much of natural light. There are almost 7-8 different type of seating areas in the house at the cost of other functional spaces like kitchen, baths. Is this space meant more for guests usage. IMHO, the walkin wardrobes storage specified wouldn't be sufficient. Accessibility of Dumb waiter and the shoe racks need to be re-looked. Pooja Room and Study are having a long dungeon like feel. One of the kitchens is almost enclosed on all sides . For now, this is what we could see in a cursory glance. Thanks, Nitin Cornerstone Designs Bangalore....See More- 7 years ago
