I will try to find a picture for you, but here is what I would try. TV on left wall. Put it on a console table 20" to 30" high, or wall mounted with a wall mounted console below. TV should not be too high or too low for viewing pleasure. The main walkway to the balcony will be on left side in front of TV. To see how the arrangement feels, Try your sofa on the right wall facing the TV. Then put one of the chairs in front of the sofa with its back to the glass and the other opposite of it with the back to your entry. If you feel this arrangement is too far from the TV, a sofa table can be used behind the sofa to move the whole seating arrangement forward. Then if this feels good, you can add a rug. The rug should be at least big enough that the front feet of the furniture can rest on it. You will then need tables on the sides of your sofa. You have the choice of a coffee table or what is called "cocktail ottoman" which you can put a tray for drinks and food on, but still put your feet up. That is always nice when watching TV. If you like this arrangement and go to buy new furniture pieces,get the chairs on each side of the sofa that swivel so the person can watch TV easily. You need to think a lot about what colors you will use in this houses if any rooms are done, take some cues there. It's a big decision that will influence every purchase. Find a 3 color combo that appeals to you. Again look on Houzz at the living room pictures. Post some here that you like.

Hi, I am not a professional but a enthusiast. I have 2 opinions for you. 1. Small Puja Mandir in place of Fridge and move the fridge near the Sink opposite to Dining. This will be probably very Small. But during Pooja, there will be good space. 2. The second opinion is based on questioning the need of 3 bathrooms. You can remove one attached bathroom and make it a big Pooja Room. Further, you can also play with the size of Bathroom and make it extremely small and accommodate both Pooja from outside and a small bathroom or powder behind it * Chosen practicality over Vaastu.

Dear Amit, Thanks for working on the same and pointing out the things some of which I have not thought of.I am attaching the main design which was given to me by the builder.I She have worked in the main plan and made some changes as below: -She have clubbed common Bath as per the original plan with the MB to make it bigger,but no option was seen to extend the attach Bath. -I was thinking of keeping fridge at the kitchen and W.M inside the common Bath. -She have suggested sliding door in MB which I can change it. -I haven't thought regarding the position of the TV .You are correct that it will be too far. Can you please suggest how can I utilise the spaces in a better way. -The work which have been done is as below: 1)We have broken the common Bath wall and clubbed it with MB. 2)One wall of the kitchen have been broken to make it a open kitchen. 3)She have changed the location of the main entrance from 4th part of the south ,as I didn't have any option to change the location of the main entrance to other direction .As per her 4th part on the south from right is ok for entrance. 4)Right now the entrance is as per the builder design .We haven't changed it till now.
