There are many many photos of mandirs in photo section of Houzz. Start there. Be open and willing to take inspiration from those perhaps larger spaces to a create a mandir in a size that works for you. Make it your own and don't be afraid to experiment. Some mandirs are merely a space on a bookshelf.

You could utilize the shelf space but I am guessing that's really small. Second, you could get L-Shape brackets and place the oven on that wall as shown, provided there is electric supply and possibility of a plug point. Lastly what's the opposite wall. probably if there is space. Personally, I would place the L shaped brackets and since there is light supply in those shelf cabinets I would try to use those lines to pull up 2.5mm wires and pull it from inside the cabinet next to those shelves, or underneath for an invisible seamless finish.
