About the kitchen ottta, it seems you want it as per vastu. As per vastu the burner should be on the south corner of the east wall, that's the exact agni sthaan. Your kitchen size is at par, please tell me how many members are there in your family so that I can guide you accordingly.

Just an unsolicited advice - Hope you do not mind : We all make one dream home and we want that it to be customized to our specific needs. 'One size fits all' approach does not work for residential spaces in particular. It is therefore recommended to hire any qualified professional architect to study the site, your requirements and make suitable plans for you. Sit with them, ask as many questions, make your own suggestions, study the details, if need be - ask for a second opinion here and elsewhere but make it your own place.
