Mohammad. I understand your program. You may be lost in the details at the moment. Please do follow and trust the advice given here by all these people. You are about to embark on a reasonably expensive journey. Get professional help with someone who you can sit down at a table and brainstorm with them your ideas and intentions. There are Architects and there are professional building designers who are members of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) who are well versed in projects such as yours. I personally love a design challenge. After 38 years designing homes and special use buildings I enjoy this type of challenge the most. I am in Ohio and may not be close to where you are but I am sure with a little investigation you will find the best design professional for you.

I would however like to clarify my requirements/dilemma a bit more. 1) The built/carpet area for this 3 BHK is about 1600 sqft (Superbuilt 1960 sqft). What is the appropriate tile size I need to scout for? More specifically, will Ultima-range-like huge tile sizes (i.e. 120x180cm2, 120x120cm2) be suitable for this area? 2) While I am thinking of white (based) tiles, I am not necessarily looking for super-white tones (it gives a bit of a commercial look, and will need extreme maintenance). Something more practical, and with some depth/dimension is what I am trying to identify. Any suggestions? 3) Would you advice that I consider other white-toned flooring options like Terrazzo (Bharat Floorings is having a Cast-in-Situ option, but I am yet to go to their showroom)? Yup, in this case it is possible. But: - - having a proper walk in closet is hard - guest toilet will have to serve as common for living area. - average bedroom size would be around 12'X12'. - If there is staircase it will also take around 60-70 sqft area at least. - Please Note- Around 20-25% of total built up area is just wall area. So like if your house built up area is 1000sqft then the Carpet Area( the area which you will be able to see and use) is around 800sqft. Also, it depends on your lifestyle also, the way you live as it is a very subjective thing. For some people 12'x12' bedroom size is more than enough while some prefer having a 20'X16' bedroom with 10'x8' walk-in closet. It would be better if you could provide layout of the land and other information, there are many other factors that need to be consider for any house design. :)
