Here are some photos that may help you. You have the ceiling height to have a nice heavy rod just above the top of you window that could run the ceiling width. That will give you the space to draw curtains back to expose the entire window. I highly suggest that you work with a designer. A good designer has access to literally thousands of fabric choices and will be able to help you in selecting the perfect fabric and design for your room.

It is my understanding you are not going around the corner but on 2 opposites sides of the space . The only thing i would be concerned with is your bedding and if you want to hang art on the wallpapered wall. Ilike the wallpaper and I would choose the lighter green and maybe try and find some faux silk drapes in that color . A nice crisp white matlesse with a lime throw and lime, blue and white and maybe a bit of pink pillows would be nice

Why not paint it in a pastel colour? Add a carved chest that doubles up as shoe rack and organiser to store your shoes below and hold keys and bills in top drawers. You could hang a painting or a statement mirror above the chest and highlight with wall sconces or beautiful table lamps to shine a soft light around it.

Please let me know if I have understood you correctly. From what I have understood you are looking to place the bed on the window wall. If yes, then it won't be a good sight every morning that you wake up to see your bathroom door. If the dresser isn't a fixed niche you could swing your bed between the two dresser slots. That way when you walk into the room, it will make an impressive entry. Think about it! Regards.
