You're dreaming. Lovely to look at but....where do the toothbrush and toothpaste and hand soap and brush and comb go? In that drawer you need to stoop to reach? Or do you carry them in from somewhere else each morning? To make this a working bathroom you need cabinets to hide things or shelves to put things on.This sleek vanity invites unsightly clutter to mess it up in real time. And that faucet is not one i'd recommend: i have one so i know. A drippy hand reaches to shut off the water and all those drops from your hand land on the shiney chrome spigot and gets it water-spotted with every use. Extremely unsightly and annoying.Also ours started leaking from the gap between the control and the upward tube leaving streaks of calcium deposits along its entire length. You'll be working MORE to keep this bathroom looking clean and tidy cuz there's not sufficient nor practical storage to hide stuff...But I agree...it's beautiful.

Regarding the size of green belt, I have confirmed it from the patwari that Plot 1 has got 5 metre green belt on both sides. He told me that: All plots with 24 metre facing road are having 5 metre green belt whereas plots with 12 metre facing road are having 2.5 metre green belt. (It's 4 or 3.5 metre in case of 18 metre road, I don't remember exactly). About that bold line, I am sure that it is not representing width of green belt. (Check below image as that bold line is having same width for 12 metre facing plots). So what do you think now? Should I become that lucky guy to own plot 1? Check out whole map and there are hardly 3-4 corner plots which are having 24 metre wide road on both sides. (and there are just 2 plots having North East direction) whereas there are around 50-55 plots which are similar to Plot 2nd. About your query, It's Suncity Township - I (Sector 35, Rohtak). It's around 45 kilometres away from Delhi border. Would you please mind elaborating this point a little bit more - "For us function prevails over design anyday". Ok there is a lot that you can do to decorate this place. You can put nice white/cream curtains along with white/cream curtains so that you can use net curtains one when you want more light. You can place a small decorative plant on that window. Another thing is that you can do is cover the wash-basin pipe. I have the same kind of bathroom and saw the same video. I used an angle grinder to remove one of the walls. You have to have hearing, breathing, and eye protection. I don't think there is any way to avoid the dust. I'm going to direct a fan to an open window in the bathroom. My sinks are top mount so there was no problem removing it. I replaced the faucet only for now. I also changed out the drain and stopper. The old one was rusted to the sink. I had to bang on it with my loader from my tractor with the sink upside down to get it off, lol. I have put off removing the rest of the wall and the cabinet because it is such an ordeal. You might check with Daltile to see if they still make the tile. Maybe try cutting away the cabinet while keeping the counterop supported and then dropping it so that the joint gets more exposed? I'll be interested to know if you get to this before me but I'm doing an entire gut job.
