Blue glow is a hybrid selection, so its unlikely seeds from it flowering would 'come true'. Seedlings would resemble the parents, but not be exact clones. You do have a few options for propagation though. This selection does produce bulbils (miniature plants) on the stalk when it flowers, so this is what I use to grow more plants. You can also get small tissue culture plants from Rancho Tissue. You may want to reach out to Steve Super Gardens. He does many agave's by seed and maybe able to help you in that dept.
