Hello bobbi, Here are the pictures. 1) tv unit area 2) opposite wall ( area for sofa) , 3) enterance ( please suggest something near the enterance area that incorporates shoe rack and a medium length partition that doesn't look very crowded). 4) dining area. As I had mentioned that we are looking at contemperory designs that are modern interiors with minimalist in furniture to give more of peaceful ambiance. Your right. I think it might look better without the couch. We just purchased the gray couch and moved the brown couch there until we sell it. Now that the brown couch is there my husband likes it. He likes to read his newspaper in the morning on it. I was thinking of putting a side table in place of the couch of getting a cover for it.

Hi, I can see that you are trying to get an ensuite with every bedroom and whilst that is a great idea I am not so sure your house is big enough to accommodate this. The kitchen is far too small and it is also hidden away rather than being the focal point of the house. In this case you should have a rethink with the architect to amend the layout. I think kitchen and eating area should be next to each other and kitchen should be near or next to an entry for ease in putting away food stuff. The sitting area should be near an outside view to add relaxed vibe to area and the TV should be opposite sofa for easy viewing.....sometimes necessary to move the TV and rewire accordingly.
