You have all the reasons to redo the house, its very lifeless and looks worn out. I feel creating a separation will terminate the spaciousness of the room. Adding colours will surely help, Since you have a tan color sofa,I suggest grey, white or light blue color on one of the walls. Add some art works of the color you chose for the wall. This room needs some fillers like , books, throws, candle stands tall and lean. YES DON FORGET 1. Mount the tv on the wall make some space on the floor and Fix a large size mirror ( Wooden Frame if you can afford).

Machine vibrates : For top loaders this is usually caused by 3 things in my experience. Unbalanced load. 1) Spread your clothes out in washer instead of simply just dumping them in, and 2) One adjustable leg under the washer is not touching the floor, and 3) The washing machine is not level.

Ground VAV Fan Powered Terminal Feature Description: 1) FH-VAV-GFP ground series fans terminal is a set of removable underfloor air supply device. B) The inner temperature gradient is not exceeding 1C/m. C) The inner noise level is not exceeding dB(A)40. D) Ensure to meet new air requirement through setting the minimal air volume. Controlling Scheme Description: 1) Ground series fan powered terminal is connected with the central air handling unit (AHU). We suggest to interlock the terminal with AHU directly through an air flow switch. And the switch can detect the pressure of the first air inlet. 2) When the inner temperature goes higher, the controller will release the signal to increase the first air volume. When the first air increases, the secondary air will decrease accordingly. and the fan will run in fixed air volume. When inner temperature exceeds the set point, the first air will keep at the max volume. 3) When inner temperature drops, the controller will control to decrease the first air volume. 4) When the inner temperature reaches the set point and first air reaches its minimum, the fan will begin for the secondary air supply. 5) When it decreases constantly in inner temperature, it can start the heating coil in grading.

Thanks for clarifying Sneha. Its a north facing property so the TV unit is placed in north , are you willing to compromise on that if you need a pooja room in NE. Please include the directions in the plan to avoid confusion. A four seater dining may not be of much help as the width of the table remains approximately same its only the length that is reduced. We also need to maintain safe distance from the TV unit plus we have a french window on the west side. It may require some structural changes, in discussion with your designer, to the plan to accommodate a pooja room without compromising on the looks. Are you willing for that.
