hi gloss acrylic lamination or matte finish (white)..which is the best option for wardrobes and kitchen cabinets? and are sliding doors are convenient to open/close for wardrobes?

laminates come in various design and finishes

it is more of a personal choice between gloss and matt finish.

large rooms with bright lighting would enhance a glossy look, while a matte finish would be muted and sober,

For Kitchen cabinets, I would suggest going for the glossy finish as it gives a nice premium look.

further, well-crafted sliding doors with quality sliding channels are definitely smooth to operate and more space-efficient.

So i’m guessing you’re saying that oil paint/enamel paint looks cheap? That makes sense cause whilst i was growing up, the govt quarters came with oil painted doors and it chipped off in a few years in a sorry state. Don’t want that. So oil paint is out? What I’m gathering is that PU paint is not just paint. It’s a process? So you prime and paint(?) first and then do a protective coating of PU with the thinners and the additives? Am I getting this right? :P

disadvantages of using concrete shelves in wardrobe

Ananya, Concrete. shelves are lesser costly when made along with construction. They need more space and offer lesser flexibility when you need to change shelf placements. The are very long lasting. Wooden/Plywood carcass allows you to change the placements when required and take lesser cabinet space. If done properly it will look better than the concrete slabs.
