Both the laminate and flooring are beautiful, but I don't think they will compliment each other. The flooring looks to be red oak and as it's name indicates has a lot of red in it. The laminate has a rustic feel and could be imitation walnut which is very neutral, wide grained and has no red. I think the lam would be fine with the paint, but not sure about the floor color. Are there other options for laminate wardrobe? Or do you have an option for flooring?

I want to get a blue accent wall, preferably darker tones. Which color would look good on the other walls? Please suggest any other color than white. OR, if I use butter yellow on other walls, then which color would be best suited for the accent wall?

Hello Inderjot, In my opinion painting the bidding in black/grey would make it merge with the laminate. You have some section on the loft that also show the inside laminates, even those may be colored. In case, you want to see how it may look like with black paint/ you may temporarily stick black craft papers on the bidding take a few pics and then decide whether you want to color them or not.
