Does my Foyer look Plush ?
Comments (66)Vikrant, is the picture taken from the front of your Entry door? I love your style and pieces. Just a few suggestions if this is the view when you first step into the foyer, I am not an expert! Ganesh in the place of the mirror to greet you and your guests as Goddess Lakshmi is supposedly behind him, will create more prosperity to the household. A recessed focal light from the ceiling to highlight its beauty. Another silver empty frame placing behind Ganesh, similar to the mirror to frame the idol or a Rajasthani silver jali work piece that way the wall behind would not look empty either! The beautiful mirror can be placed where you have the Ganesh now, that way the positive energy coming into your house does not get bounced back or out......See Moreneed help with my foyer deaign or decor
Comments (7)Thanks for your advice. Please note that One longer side of the "L" portion is used to pass through, but the shorter side of the "L" portion does not open up so if need be i can put something. there is a french window which is fixed and cannot be opened up on the shorter side. that side is only useful to get some light in the house. My living room is in white and grey combination. Do u want me to have a rug in the same combination or anything else would be fine. Would appreciate if you can suggest a kind of vase that would go with it. My theme is modern style in the house. I was initially thinking something like the attached picture. pls. confirm ur view on it....See MoreChanging interior color
