Perhaps they have them in your country. He cut them in half so they were only two feet deep and stacked them up to high counter height. The amazing thing is that you have the luxury of approaching the architect about these issues. Laminated glass should address the security along with any alarm or security system you plan on installing, though the laminated glass may have size limitations. Regarding the waterproofing you should contact the architect, contactor and waterproofing subcontractor, or see about hiring an independent waterproofing specialist who can detail and warranty the condition. As a design consideration, make the lower area a garden or gallery or sculpture area and upper should be all glass. Maybe a garden roof there too if accessible or visible. In any case looks like an amazing place!!

Thank you nagadeepti, but there is an issue, my father has already finished with the basic foundation,sump, and pillars when I tried to tell him about the option he said that its not possible to change the plan , Please let me know if there are any other option , i have included the ground floor plan as well ,I thought of swapping the bedroom to kitchen in first floor , let me know if its possible according to vastu since its north facing site with roads on both north and south . we have made slight changes instead of full utility in ground floor its only till kitchen , bedroom is extended to make 9*10, and kink for fridge is removed . balcony in second floor is removed . Kindly help if there are any other suggetion to make look house spacious. stairs to the terrace from outside has to be there. I know iam asking for more in a small space.but please help. finally this is the elavation we have decided on with a little bit of modification like extended balconies. Could you please help me to get some construction engineer who can help me to design my ground floor which is about 4 ft underground where the floor and ceiling are already there. The side walls are also there. Only thing is the partition wall to be created to make as a single bedroom house. At present on the east side there is a garage and on the north side a room with toilet. We would like to convert this as a proper single bed house. Since I have a very low budget, can you please suggest how to go about it. Thanks and look forward to your advise.
