Hello Neetu, Trying to explain the suggestions earlier made with an image. See if the following space makes the space more usable and open. Please see the numbers marked on the attached image. 1- Open up Dressing Area. No need of closing it. 2& 3 Pull out the Porch and increase the room size. 4- Change the direction of toilet, increase the size and include handwash within it. 5 Open Living area will comfortably seat 6-8 people. 6,7 - If your designer agrees this will allow you to increase the room sizes. by 20 odd ft. 8- Close the kitchen door . Hello Sujeeta, Take care of the waves in the wall while preparing the base . The reason behind this is, when you finish the wall with the wall paper the waves in the wall is noticeable or the gap creates the bubbles in that particular area. Practically go for the pop putty or the gypsum sheet fixed for the perfect finish.

Also, I would like more counter space. What size of the sinks should I get? 18 inch? Thank you.
