what moveable object can replace this red marking wall

pls give some idea,which object can replace this red marking wall of small bedroom to open up lobby area. foundation of this plot already done.

why dont you break the red marked wall and extend the lobby making that entire area into the living cum dining. convert the drawing room into a bedroom. as there is a toilet near by. attach the toilet to the bedroom taking the basin in.dont leave the basin area open. may be u can think about a second entrance to the toilet .

Vikrant, is the picture taken from the front of your Entry door? I love your style and pieces. Just a few suggestions if this is the view when you first step into the foyer, I am not an expert! Ganesh in the place of the mirror to greet you and your guests as Goddess Lakshmi is supposedly behind him, will create more prosperity to the household. A recessed focal light from the ceiling to highlight its beauty. Another silver empty frame placing behind Ganesh, similar to the mirror to frame the idol or a Rajasthani silver jali work piece that way the wall behind would not look empty either! The beautiful mirror can be placed where you have the Ganesh now, that way the positive energy coming into your house does not get bounced back or out...

Going with the theme your are trying to achieve, I would add a black leather ottoman to replace he white table. The built in shelf I would remove and sheetrock over it or paint in a matte finish black. Before you paint in black be sure your have accessories such as silver or reds to put in that space to set off the black background. You can put a series of pictures with silver frames or art objects of silver , red or combination. I love your table and chairs.

OK... but the wire wont be lower as it is fixed now. The wire in the pics below is the wall facing each other. They were leveled on equal height but the beam on one wall makes it seem a little above. But i think you guys are absolutely right that up and down lights wont look good there. I think you are right about down lights lessismoore. Would it look good if i go with two different lights on opposite walls??? it would look odd right.

Dear,
Ratna i cant change in small bed room wall,foundation work already done,my parents not agreed for it,please suggest me lobby 12*17 is sufficent or not as per my home design, where i can placed 06 seater dinning table in lobby

Hello Neetu,

Trying to explain the suggestions earlier made with an image. See if the following space makes the space more usable and open. Please see the numbers marked on the attached image.

1- Open up Dressing Area. No need of closing it.

2& 3 Pull out the Porch and increase the room size.

4- Change the direction of toilet, increase the size and include handwash within it.

5 Open Living area will comfortably seat 6-8 people.

6,7 - If your designer agrees this will allow you to increase the room sizes. by 20 odd ft.

8- Close the kitchen door . Change alignment of Kitchen slab and decrease wall/slab size on the other wall

9- Move Pooja Unit to the wall marked.

Remove the wall and use accordion glass doors. they can be opened to open up the lobby and closed when you don't need it.
