I like second plan! That space will fit the wardrobe perfectly. Take all colors from the art. The colors can be lighter or darker than the colors you see in art. Take "Venice" with you to paint store and they might be able to help you choose good colors. Idea: paint four walls the same and see if you like that. If you feel the room lacks interest, then paint the accent wall. Choose a pale green that harmonizes with "Venice" and a darker green accent. Yellow + red accent White + blue accent

Thanks everyone, I'm planning to get my floor tiled up soon, and then later the whitewash. So before all that, I wanna do away with the construction part, if required to transform this hideous corner. I had the roller blinds in my mind to hide these iron windows, but I will also look at options for changing them windows entirely if budgets allow. I might have to use some false ceiling work as well. Posters, I don't think can find space here, but a lounger sofa-bed is a surething with some nice lights. Please do share some pictures of the lights and loungers and floor tiles if you may, for suggestion. I'll be obliged. Thanks again!

Gauri, we have analysed the space and your requirement. One thing is for sure that you can use the wardrobe next to entrance door and if you have the option of placing the Bed at opposite wall from current wall, that would give you better space and also avoid an obstructing view very moment you enter. Next, Study Space towards balcony - Right Hand side ( towards the main entry) and also an additional storage cum display unit on the opposite wall of study. it should be combination of side table of the bed. In case if you need all this put in a plan and share it...share the directions so that I will see that It's adhered to VASTU as well ( mainly the bed headboard)

Hello there, You could install a lounge sofa cum bed for sleeping and entertaining guests as well . Try placing it in a corner and try to incorporate it into a formal living with accent chairs and a center table. Second, for an informal living, a 3+2 seater config with accent chairs, floor lamps, recliners etc. would suffice. In general, split the entryway area into formal living and the existing seating area into informal living.
