Tiles can start from 50 rs/sqft, depending on what you want to apply. Kitchen slab, granite starts from 60-70 rs/sqft and the lighting for the ceiling starts around 350 per piece, depends n your ceiling design. This is the rough estimate of all of th items listed :)
