Comments (42)Since the lot you describe is smaller than my open living area, I would suggest looking at some of the "shotgun" house plans around New Orleans,LA. I think you can build up and back and get an interesting home with a loft for space. It can be done, A porch with an entry to a narrow hall at the back might work best for you. Will you plan a courtyard (closed)? or what? What part of the country are you in? What are your local codes?...See Morecan I have an island counter in the kitchen
Comments (26)Hi Purvi, for open plan kitchen you can change the fridge door position to front facing instead of balcony facing. One more option is, you can plan for pocket doors. The advantage of that is if you wish to have the open feeling you can keep it open or close it. My personal advise will be, instead of asking for individual queries you should consult a person and take complete details as per your requirements....See Morehow to make ot look better
Comments (4)Hi. Nice to see good old wooden window shutters which means you dont need curtains and they pretty much are the main feature in the room. So you should keep them free from clutter. The wardrobe wall needs a custom full size wardrobe in white to store all that stuff. Something like this The queen size bed is too big for the room. Do think if you would prefer a single bed and study table instead. example And it looks like you seldom use the window behind the bed. In that case it would be better to use roman blind or hang a carpet over a rail...See MoreHI , I wanted to get some innovative ideas of interior designing-2bhk
Comments (7)Hi Padmaja, im pooja talwar, for maximum utilization of space u need to break in balconies if u have one and get french windows right till ground level. so you can have a lovely dining area there or low ground sitting area where u can get outside view and spacious look too. doors which open inwards or outwards can be split into 2 so the door flaps become smaller . use mirrors huge ones carved ones on walls to reflect a larger room. also u will have to place furniture which is smaller in size . shoe racks , and cabinets can be made tall instead of having it on ground .... place on the wall hanging shelves , tall cabinets , and storage cabinets. tv can be placed on wall done up with wooden pannel. have storage up on ceiling edges rather than any where down. hope these lil suggestions help you...See Morecare for all
