HI -- Well this is a nice floor plan but it creates problems . Because the space is all open doesn't mean you have to put the living room or the dining room where indicated on the plan . Also where you have marked for the sofa is not going to work there . Not enough room and in the way of getting to the bathroom etc, I do think you may have to have a free floating TV stand between the living -dining rooms . You could have the TV on the wall beside the kitchen and have the sofa facing or on the left wall and the dining at the front . I would put the TV on the left wall near the entrance and have the sofa facing it , leaving a hallway walking space behind the sofa . It's too bad the front entrance is on the left . If it had been on the right then that would be better flow into the center of the main floor . If you do decide to have the TV room divider where you show on the plan , keep it right over to the left wall as a room divider , then it won't cut the room in half so much and it keeps the stairwell open . Remember , you do not need to push the furniture against the walls .

Thank you nagadeepti, but there is an issue, my father has already finished with the basic foundation,sump, and pillars when I tried to tell him about the option he said that its not possible to change the plan , Please let me know if there are any other option , i have included the ground floor plan as well ,I thought of swapping the bedroom to kitchen in first floor , let me know if its possible according to vastu since its north facing site with roads on both north and south . we have made slight changes instead of full utility in ground floor its only till kitchen , bedroom is extended to make 9*10, and kink for fridge is removed . balcony in second floor is removed . Kindly help if there are any other suggetion to make look house spacious. stairs to the terrace from outside has to be there. I know iam asking for more in a small space.but please help. finally this is the elavation we have decided on with a little bit of modification like extended balconies. Just because you want to use the space below the stairs, do not just add drawers or shelfs unless you reaalllyyy need it. I would suggest go for adding something green to your house. Its healthy by adding air purifying plants. These plants are nowadays available in most of the nurseries and moreover Green patch in the house gives a beautiful look to the house and is also good for eyes ( the green color). Below are few picture to motivate you for Green patch or Indoor garden.

Create a border along with the window frame using plaster or some other thing to levitate as shown in purple colour then colour two different areas with two different colours main entrance colour should be more bright and welcoming and consider developing stairs from ground to plinth all along the the wall as shown by brown colour This would divide the things in ration and will remove the awkwardness this is the cheapest way . rest you can spend as much as you can . . .
