You do not mention whether you wooden wall will be painted or stained wood. Either way, there paint products you can use to properly seal and protect the wood either way. You should visit your local paint store and tell them what you are trying to do and see what products they recommend.

hi first fix the tile on the ply using epoxy chem leaving groves to be filled later with epoxy grout fix the ply with tiles on celling with fastener and then apply epoxy grout to fill the groves later left

Hello Ash, Jaipur Blue Pottery tiles are definitely suited for kitchen backsplashes and are heat resistant since they are fired in a kiln like other ceramics. I bought mine from a vendor in Jaipur, and got them shipped to Bangalore.
