thank you rupal for the reply. thing is that my Architect is insisting to keep it at 8ft height. when I enquired about it in market opinion was to keep it 7-7.4 ish as the length of wood blocks are 90-94 inches in length. and above that there is a huge variation in price for 8ft plus blocks
hi, general the 7 feet, your architect is right, he is trying to give you a grand and luxurious openings, i mean all from entrance to bathroom doors, i have done this before for a bungalow project. once you do interiors, sizes get shortened by wall cladding and framing to the doors. make sure you ceiling heights are more than conventional 8'9" or so.
I will Prefer you to go with architect choice because he might have consider the space available on site... also if about budget then u have to take a call...
