Any suggestions on how to dress these windows? Husband thinks one pair of big curtains along the wall with 2 windows and then seperate curtains on the side windows . I think it would look to busy
If this was mine I’d probably go for one of the quality curtain track that holds plain full length curtains in uniform folds. I’d have it in one piece and keep the curtains stacked against the walls completely clear of the glass and I’d match the wall paint to the curtains as closely as possible. To create the soft wave fold effect would require much more fabric than necessary for the windows themselves but think it would give the modern clean “softness” that I think personally would be fab.
We agree that a modern look would work best. A wave pleated curtain creates a luxurious boutique style due to the uniform pleats. It is created using a wave track system and is best used for larger areas or to decorate a wall, so going across both windows like your husband suggested could work well with this style.
An alternative could be contemporary roller blinds which create a dynamic and sleek finish to any window., which can be hand or electronic operated. They can be either sheer or blackout depending on your requirements.
