You could certainly talk to a cabinet maker and have something custom made to your preferences and design style. You could also talk to a closet design specialist who might be able to utilize every square inch of that space more effectively while working with a cabinet maker. Part of how the space is designed will depend on the age of your girls. If they are under 12 or so it shouldn't be too difficult. If they are teenagers, talk to them and find out what kind of space they need.

A houzz contributor, not too long ago, had made a wine rack out of 4'x4' wooden pallets, that are used in the US to move a load of goods with a fork-lift truck. Perhaps they have them in your country. He cut them in half so they were only two feet deep and stacked them up to high counter height. is bedroom 2 the one to the right of the dining room? the bathroom there is showing a basin in it. yes? so you want to know, aside from the basin/sink in that bathroom would you also like one in the living room dining room itself. i don't see a need for another one, if the kitchen is right there, and the bathroom is right there... having an additional sink in the dining room isnt something i understand a need for.
