hi, the idea of having a partition where proposed is definitely a big NO. As rightly pointed out by Interiorzz it falls at the entrance foyer which kills the look as soon as you enter. i would suggest swapping the drawing and the dining. if you could accessorize your balcony well and turn it into a rock garden - it would be a welcome view from your dining table - you could add a pretty hanging light above the table. the dining family lounge is 11'x18'6" as per your plan. I think thats a large space to play around with and it would give you a separate seating space which you could divide into formal and casual by using a chaise in the middle. the TV could find place on the bedroom one wall or you could turn the set up around and extend the 10'x7'10" room wall till where you have shown a partition between the dining and the drawing and put it on this wall. you could also make an entry to this room on this extended wall right next to the kitchen entry so you have uninterrupted walls in the foyer. The "L" shaped wall that results in the foyer can be treated with wallpaper or stone so its adds a feature to the foyer. hope this helps!

Following are my comments : 1.Buying cheaper branded sanitary fittings is only possible when you buy the same in bulk quantities. But I would like to highlight that these are one of the most important fixtures in the stated space. Don't compromise on the quality of it if you want them to survive the long run.(You can go for the Jaquar continental series or change to Parryware) You can certainly compromise on the WC & the WB since even brands like Somany give good ceramic fixtures at relatively low cost. There you can save your bucks. 2. I haven't worked on PVC vanity but can comment that marine ply cabinets also stand well for the wear and tear. 3. You can go ahead with just the glass partition avoiding the cubicle door. 4. Yes you can but the selection should be on the lighter side of the colour palette so that the bathroom should not look more claustrophobic due to its small size(2 m x 3.5m which is normal in today's real estate market in mumbai). I feel partitions are not needed. You already have too much for the space. Adding a partition will shrink the space further. The simplistic solution, you do not wish to discard any furniture would be to paint all the walls in lighter pastles. And use some wall painting frames to highlight certain walls.

Create a border along with the window frame using plaster or some other thing to levitate as shown in purple colour then colour two different areas with two different colours main entrance colour should be more bright and welcoming and consider developing stairs from ground to plinth all along the the wall as shown by brown colour This would divide the things in ration and will remove the awkwardness this is the cheapest way . rest you can spend as much as you can . . .
