@soberg: on the toilet entry we thought we could have a 2 way access to the corner most toilet - one from the closet side and another from bedroom 3. @ eagledzines. Thank you for the sketches! On the high ceiling do you think we could juggle the entire layout of 1st floor a bit to accomodate a small family room (hall) where the staircase opens along with 2 other bedrooms. We are ok to compromise on the room sizes a bit and toilet / closet positions can be changed too as long as pillars are not affected.. The kitchen changes sound good. I was also wondering if it would be ok to have the sink right below the window. Thereby freeing up more cooking or prep space.

Ground VAV Fan Powered Terminal Feature Description: 1) FH-VAV-GFP ground series fans terminal is a set of removable underfloor air supply device. The outlet and secondary air return consist of two grills with inclination. 2) The first air is supplied via underfloor air supply system, pressure independent control. Controlling Scheme Description: 1) Ground series fan powered terminal is connected with the central air handling unit (AHU). We suggest to interlock the terminal with AHU directly through an air flow switch. And the switch can detect the pressure of the first air inlet. 2) When the inner temperature goes higher, the controller will release the signal to increase the first air volume. When the first air increases, the secondary air will decrease accordingly. and the fan will run in fixed air volume. When inner temperature exceeds the set point, the first air will keep at the max volume. 3) When inner temperature drops, the controller will control to decrease the first air volume. 4) When the inner temperature reaches the set point and first air reaches its minimum, the fan will begin for the secondary air supply. 5) When it decreases constantly in inner temperature, it can start the heating coil in grading.

They will provide you with floor plan and furniture layout, 3D elevations etc. Also, they would send them for approvals. What you're asking for is a paid professional service.
