The very first thing to be done while starting renovation is to collect images/photos of your dream villa from the internet or from any neighbouring site, that suits your style and way of living. See what all components i.e. furniture and furnishings i.e. door window, flooring, electrical fixtures, false ceiling, wall paints, fabrics, a.c. and modern amenities that you want to accommodate, their material, colour and texture, because that is what will serve as the foundation for your budget. The budget is the most important thing in this kind of projects. The budget vs your dream. for e.g. if you have imagined using wood, or some italian marble (which are quite expensive) in your home but if it doesn't go according to your budget then you must keep your alternatives listed and researched very well., which is the key consideration before starting any renovation project.

Various area serves various purpose in a house, thus they have their own requirements. The ambience and character of every space could be unique yet in sync with the overall design of the house. hi, u can use L155 which is not pure white but slightly dull but looks very good u can go lil on mushroom tones as well it might just elevate whole look. Asian paints colour fresh fuel. with combination of pure white in ceiling. uve to instruct painter to use pure white with blue reflection not yellow. hope this helps

living/dining/kitchen it's an open layout like in one of the images. the ceiling is uneven so we are planning to get it fixed with re-plastering. I might not be able to get a skilled painter in my budget to get the textures right, so I thought by just applying a coat of cement I wouldn't need a very skilled worker and also get the industrial look.
