Dear folks, I need advise on building a cabinet inside a concrete wall cavity (space for which I have already provided). The width of the same is 4ft 9" and height about 2ft 1". Depth is also about 2ft 1". My main objective to make this is for storing voluminous toys/games. So the help/advice i am seeking for is how cover it from outside thereby making it look like a cabinet. Wish to add here that inside ie the storage area is all marble. So i am looking for some idea to cover it. Anyways, i sincerely appreciate your time and advice. Thanks,

The compromise options are 1- Have the shelves slanted at an angle of 30 degrees. It shall increase the usable depth . It is quite possible without damaging the unit. 2- Most of the shoes will fit in 12 inches depth. May be size 10 and above will have space issues. Place those shoes in parallel to the back of the shoe rack. 3. Get a newer shoe rack. Thanks, Nitin Cornerstone Designs
