You have a very good furniture collection. First and foremost do away with those heavy curtains and go for blinds instead with a light fabric and a red contrast panel on the side. Also do away with the table cloth, only a runner is fine. Try to use a bright colour runner. Replace the runner on the dining area console with glass. Move that beautiful white lamp to the living area on the nested tables. The current lamp looks out of place and too small. You could put some nice tall figurines in brass on the platform behind the couch and a big brass urli below the brown painting
