Its a really lovely room! what a great place for kids to share. I like kids sharing rooms. I think you need another colour to tie it together. I would suggest a blue tone.... teal, navy blue, duck egg blue. to tie it together. Its a little to pale and looks sparse, but actually isn't. I would leave everything exactly as is, BUT, paint the back wall behind the bed teal and find a simple navy blue wall decal that is fun and kid- like maybe one with a sillouette of a boy and girl playing. I would paint the wall behind the sofa duck egg blue. Then I think it would suit both kids more and look more kid friendly. the blues will balance the pink and cream, but because you have a pale carpet i don't think it will look too dark. don't worry about making it totally kid like, its a room they will grow with, not a kindergarten, and it also needs to peaceful and restful for sleeping. besides with their art on the walls and bright toys everywhere it soon looks bright and kid like. Is the indent in the wall where you have the TV now, supposed to be for a TV or is it to be a closed up closet?? You could switch the room with living area where you walk in but then you cannot wall mount the TV due to windows. Plus you might like eating near windows for more lighting drama. Also , now seeing your hall , I think turning the dining table 90 degrees from how I placed it, would fit better in your space. You could consider an area rug under the table as well , which would help to define the space when you enter. Also keeping a runner and a vase with either fresh ( or nice fake) flowers on the table, will make it flow better with the living room area furniture.

i think you can add some water element to it ....or you just stick to your plan i.e. placing a statue of deity is a good option to utilize that corner portion or u can place a shelf with storage ..... where u can keep stuff that can be taken before heading out from the house ....or a key holder ....on that wall......or a small table with telephone something like that .....i think that's pretty enough for u to decide upon shelf with storage where u can keep your bag , hats etc. which u can take before leaving the house by this kind of a corner table with a telephone, space can be utilized .

Hi, Rajendra, there are three way of doing, firstly what you have chosen is go minimalist with all white, here you will have to add colors by decorating wall or adding a symbolic decor or art mural/painting which will bring you a joy while working. but if you neglect the importance of art work, the kitchen will be boring to use after 6 months of use. as we enjoy spices in our food , so do our eyes enjoy a sense of catchy colors too. second will be adding a contrast in with back splash with a back painted tempered glass or corian, this woks wonders. third, with the color of your choice, which will be permanent in the cabinate, but gives you a fresh sense to the whole kitchen, little color here and there will attract your eye and you'll appreciate your own choice/selection again and again.
