Thank you for your interest in the Oscar Sofa/Daybed.

I produce each Sofa/Daybed to order with the backrest and platform fabricated from 2" solid stained alder wood. A rubber strap system is used for the cushion support. The wood backrest piece is mounted on the steel rods and attached to the base. The seat cushion is upholstered both sides, to be reversible.

Cost for the sofa/daybed, 90"L x 33"D, custom produced and delivered locally in Los Angeles, is $4,900 plus 9 yds. of 54"W fabric C.O.M. (PATTERNS MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL YARDAGE)
You may provide the upholstery material or I will provide samples to choose from with pricing per grade of fabric.

Delivery is approximately 6-8 weeks upon placement of order. Fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to place order with balance due before shipping. Delivery outside of Los Angeles is FOB Los Angeles and cost is subject to common carrier freight quote.

A combination of Offwhite, Beige Upholstery and dark shades of wood would look good. Provided you keep the wood minimal . The floor can also be a similar shade of wood . Remember whatever you do, make it look rich and elegant, only then will you be able to pull this look off. I am assuming the your ceiling is considerably high as well. Hello, I feel that you can design this bedroom by having 1 opaque wall at the back, and 3 transparent walls using glass & steel or glass & wooden french doors. The walls should be white, with minimal accents of blue or green, use 2 layers of curtains with sheer, and brass hanging lamps. All doors can be white PU paint. Waterproofing this bedroom will be essential, so make sure you have sealed all joints and surfaces, with a minimum of 2 feet roof overhangs. Hope this helps! G

Dear Mr. Manjunath, It would be really better if you collect quotes from both online/offline professionals. When a turnkey project (Design + Execute) is assigned, overall costs remain low and would be better negotiable with the construction firm. For design only, it depends on the intricacy of work and the BUA of house. Normally, a site visit and a 2D/3D layout without approval assistance would come in between 2.50- 30 rupees per sqft of BUA depending on the firm's category.
