Is 1000 sq ft area sufficient for 3bhk ( if all master bedrooms) ?

???huh??? What is 3bhk??? A 1000sf home is the same size as a large 2 bedroom apartment. How many stories? How many bedrooms? How many baths? How many people to live in the home?

Will this be a vacation home or the one you live in? 1000 sq. foot home is small for a family but great for single, couple home.

Hi Bala, You need to hire an architect for this. There will be a lot of discussions regarding your requirements(How many rooms do you want, no.of floors required, what kind of exterior you want, your budget etc.), your taste, whether you want house design as per Vastu or not, etc. which are supposed to be discussed prior to proceeding further. Dear Priya, If you could share a sketch of the room layout, you would get many suggestions easily. Questions like: Where is the entrance and the other doors and windows in the room have to be answered. The type of staircase and no.of steps will depend upon the height of the room and the furniture plans, etc.

Not too sure ab out the exact question. but I will tell you that 1000 SQ FT is really small and usually could do one bathroom and two bedrooms without a formal area for living space and eating space in the kitchen.
