Dear Amit, Thanks for working on the same and pointing out the things some of which I have not thought of.I am attaching the main design which was given to me by the builder.I She have worked in the main plan and made some changes as below: -She have clubbed common Bath as per the original plan with the MB to make it bigger,but no option was seen to extend the attach Bath. -I was thinking of keeping fridge at the kitchen and W.M inside the common Bath. -She have suggested sliding door in MB which I can change it. -I haven't thought regarding the position of the TV .You are correct that it will be too far. Can you please suggest how can I utilise the spaces in a better way. -The work which have been done is as below: 1)We have broken the common Bath wall and clubbed it with MB. 2)One wall of the kitchen have been broken to make it a open kitchen. 3)She have changed the location of the main entrance from 4th part of the south ,as I didn't have any option to change the location of the main entrance to other direction .As per her 4th part on the south from right is ok for entrance. 4)Right now the entrance is as per the builder design .We haven't changed it till now.

You should ideally use multi utility furniture. A TV unit with in built or foldable dining table. Use big mirrors and light colors to give a spacious look. Because you have a big window ( in the living room) . That can be the accent wall with some dramatic curtains and a corner drop light. There is alot we can achieve in this space. This space seems to be quite exciting to design !

Rahul, You have a large space at your disposal.You may want to specify the usage and the family requirements to get an informed opinion. There are many things noticable and giving a detailed feedback on the entire place isn't feasible here. However, it appears that the rooms will not get too much of natural light. There are almost 7-8 different type of seating areas in the house at the cost of other functional spaces like kitchen, baths. Is this space meant more for guests usage. IMHO, the walkin wardrobes storage specified wouldn't be sufficient. Accessibility of Dumb waiter and the shoe racks need to be re-looked. Pooja Room and Study are having a long dungeon like feel. One of the kitchens is almost enclosed on all sides . For now, this is what we could see in a cursory glance. Thanks, Nitin Cornerstone Designs Bangalore.
