Exposed brick wall: yay or nah?
Comments (5)I would prefer natural stone cladding instead of exposed brick decor. This is simply because natural stone cladding can provide a classy and elegant appeal to the home. Also, it is easy to maintain and lasts long. Another reason I would prefer stone cladding is that it provides a modern touch to the interiors. Comments (0)Hi, The exterior of my home is brick cladded (real, clay brick). The living room walls are also brick cladded (3 sides of the wall). What types of paints/finishes can be applied to accentuate the brick wall feeling? I just want to elevate the naturalness of the brick, to give a fresh look, but at the same time do not want the walls to look too red or artificial. Comments (3)These are authentic bricks in the construct. You can buy brick cladding from almost any tiles shop or use brick texture, but let me give you a headsup, they wont come anywhere close to original bricks, unless you go for a high end one...See Morekerryowang
