Hello Bikash, 5x3 pooja room is not a big one. However, it will be a good idea to do the civil changes you mentioned.You will get additional space that ways . What do you plan to do with that new space. We see a beam in that area, keep that in mind before you proceed with the changes. Wall mounted pooja unit is doable in multiple areas as per the plan. 13.5 m is the total length of the plot. The construction size length is 9m and front is 6.5m and backside is 7.200m. Which means the ground floor and first floor construction size are same. East side and south side have road, so these two side we have to leave 3m. and backside we have to leave 1m.

Hi Bala, There are lots of concepts to go into designing of a kitchen. Do you like traditional, modern or do have anything specific in mind that you can convey? Regarding RCC staircase, firstly I'd like to know whether the construction has been started or not? According to the elevation, we can go for the designing of a staircase that merges with the elevation and not just feels like an odd element out. Hope you understand.
