For assistance, you will need to give the community an idea of: the layout, including pictures of the specific area privacy issues what you like - colour preferences, definition of what style you are looking for storage needs what furniture do you have - are you using that or purchasing your budget intentions - hiring or hands-on ... etc etc

Embrace the arches and keep it light, but add some contrast. Paint every wall with an arch in it fresh white, all ceilings too. Paint the adjecent walls a soft color. For example; when you keep the kitchen tile, you could paint the walls above it a soft pink or mauve. I see three open areas, so you could divide those with three soft colors and white inbetween. Keep most lights simple and functional, uplights will enhance the arches, glass pendants will add warmth. And I think a soft olive or sage green is a great color for a living room.

Why don't you troll Houzz first and build an idea book of anything you like for each room. Then go back and see if you notice a reoccurring furniture design, wood color, style ... Any kind of preference. Any of us can post three gorgeous rooms for you, but they will be a reflection of our taste and not yours.
