Stand, place your arms *straight* in front of you, as if they were in a sink, so ....a bit like you are ready to dive into a pool. Get someone to measure the height of your finger tips from the floor. This will be the height of the base inside your sink. Once you find the sink you want you'll know how deep your sink is and be able to work out how high to place it.

Silicon is a soft material and not recommend for sink leakage, better go with Mseal and mix with clear Araldite your sink will b leak proof for next few years.

Tentatively you can have a platform on the 6' wall with 21" depth do you can provide 16" deep baskets and one full height cabinet which can accommodate your microwave and other utilities. You will get around 42" of platform for hot plate, a sink etc.
