Thank you for your questions and best wishes with your studies. In plan the main floor is a circle and the second floor heart-shaped.

Send the length and breadth dimension as it isn't clear in the given drawing. The dimension for the left side bathroom and the kitchen are not practically possible. There are no wardrobes, no dressing in the bedrooms. Send your requirements in detail to chalk out the plan for both the floors ( like- for how many people, rooms division as per the requirement, etc.), and neighborhood for the windows placement.

floor plan design principles
Q

The design principles are for furniture design and for how to use the elements of design (line, form, shape, colour etc.) For furniture design you can refer to Neufert's book on architecture. Page 16 and 17 have human body dimensions. For instance, based on the length of the shin we know that the basic seating height has to be 1'6". To make a floorplan, its based more on the requirements of the client, the number of people living, the space available, the use of the space, where the natural light is coming from, etc. and logic to navigate these choices. its a lot of practice and observation. But as we say here at CUBSpaces. Anyone can design! Hope this helps! Regards, CUBSpaces Team.

An open layout doesn't mean the spaces are indistinguishable from one another. Ceiling beams discreetly separate the dining area, living room, and kitchen in this open concept floor plan. #InteriorDesign #OpenKitchenConcept #FalseCeilingDesign #KitchenCabinets #Furniture #KitchenIdeas #ModulaKitchenDesigns #InteriorDecoration #FloorDesign #TibrewalsInterio
