Try including extra furniture or seating if you have the space for it. For instance, a tall bookcase, an armoire or dresser, maybe a loveseat of a chaise can easily fill up space. These also double as a nice spot to relax with a cup of tea or read a book. Think about bringing in a writing desk or craft table – to suit a hobby if you have one. If space is an issue, then use the wall to your advantage. A gallery wall or a large artwork can do wonders. You can even think about painting a mural or creating a tapestry here.
