Shall we put ..... 1. two framed mirrors with scones on each side (4 total) OR 2. one long mirror along the whole span with scones (2 total) OR 3. 2 framed mirrors with overhead above each mirror. I want it to look modern and yet not break the bank. PS we already have recessed lights in the bathroom.

Purvi, false ceiling is not a necessity. The kind of light fixtures depend on the overall theme. If you have sufficient ceiling/wall lights you can use them for lights if extra lights are required then rafters, panelling, conduit wiring are some of the options.
