“Happy Kitchens were hired to re vamp my very tired kitchen turning it into a place of joy and happiness!! They replaced some doors, completely changing the surrounds to reflect the new colour and finish, you really cannot tell that they are my old cupboards they are sparkling. Happy Kitchens also added some new cupboards which are beautiful and practical. They integrated a dishwasher and covered my ugly boiler with a lovely cupboard to match the kitchen, this was a transformation. The fitter also worked tirelessly to ensure the finish was absolutely perfect he really went over and above and cannot recommend these guys enough. Ben is lovely to deal with also, so no horrible salesman will call - Just Ben :) I spend more of my time in my kitchen now and saved around £13k vs a quote from a leading DIY store :)”

“This was my first ever time commissioning curtains in my first ever house, and I can absolutely say that Sonia Whiteman made the experience a pleasure. I knew nothing about fabrics, linings interlinings, pleats, returns... Sonia talked me through all the options. She measured not once, not twice, but three times, and held my hand through everything, including putting up poles, return hooks and hold-backs. I really can't recommend her highly enough, she is an extremely skilled and careful seamstress, and a lovely person to deal with.”

“Glyn Curtis Kitchen design and build We had an ordinary, dull, builder-selected and installed kitchen. Glyn’s task: Redesign, build new; make it suitable with a contiguous new conservatory. He produced realistic 3 dimensional plans on his computer for our perusal and discussion. Result: Despite awkward dimensions, knocked out window and French doors he produced an elegant, even glamorous result. He designs to minute detail; gets proportion right, has good ideas for ingenious v use of space, lighting, the use of mirrors and positioning of all items. All services had to be re-aligned. Glyn controls his suppliers well, if anything is wrong it gets redone. We are very pleased with our new kitchen for function and ambiance. Glyn also designed and built cupboards and bookshelves in beautiful proportions both sides of our sitting room fireplace. They enhance the quality of the whole room.”

“Lewis Aldersen did a really excellent job of us. They were patient during the design phase and this ensured that we considered all the options and finished with a design that met our needs 100%. The quality of the finished utility room was outstanding and we were very impressed with the way they handled the small problem with the granite back stand. “Solid Joinery have been making items of furniture for me for the last few years, always to a high standard, on time and on budget, Mindaugas is extremely friendly and helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend him, the workmanship is fantastic. Our last project consisted of a boardroom table over 10m in length, our client was delighted with it and has ordered another one for their new office. “A friend who had used Bindu’s services recommended her for our sitting room project. I needed help with choosing curtain fabric to fit our existing sofas and she listened to my requirements and saw curtains and blinds I already had in the house to gauge my style. I love colour and Bindu was great with suggesting colour schemes and fabric. Once I had decided on the fabric which she ordered, she organised new poles which I painted myself, and she also organised the fitting of the poles and took great detail in the final fitting of the curtains which were then steamed in place. I can’t recommend Bindu enough for her ideas, professionalism and general friendliness.”

“I have gone through a number of house renovations and have never found someone as incredible as Capstick. His attention to detail, taste and experience is outstanding. From laying oak floors in an old uneven floored cottage, to building hidden doors that encompassed vintage wood pieces (trimmed to fit). Could not recommend him enough!”

“I work with this company regularly, as they produce quality work, on schedule and budget. They cope with the many unusual pieces i ask of them. The owner James is creatively minded and very hands on. This cabinet was finished in gloss lacquer, and posed some tricky door assembly requirements. The client was delighted with the results.”

“We were searching for a professional kitchen fitter back in 2016 and after scouring the web and finding many such services, we decided to give C-Constantin a call amongst others we found. Constantin came round within a very short time and I was immediately impressed with his very business-like but friendly manner. No pressure selling, and he asked us for our ideas on what we required. He then gave his input and came up with many ideas that we hadn't thought of and later produced an accurate plan on paper for us. We decided to go with Constantin and his team for our new-build kitchen. The job was started very promptly and there were no additional 'extras' that you sometimes get added on with some other fitters. The price quoted was exactly what we paid. The old kitchen was promptly removed and the new one installed with very high quality components, much of which were hand-crafted on site by Constantin. There were three people working on the kitchen and they were all very professional. Neatness and tidiness in large amounts! I would highly recommend this company to others (and have done) going by the work that was completed by Constantin, in a very short time I might add. Constantin also came back to us a few times to check that everything was ok. It always was.”
