“I used Thrive to design a total redo of my front and back yard. I wanted to respect the fact we live in a water challenged area without my yard being simply all rock. Travis listened to all of my wishes including providing more seating area, color, privacy, some of my favorite plant material and the attracting of hummingbirds. Travis was responsive by phone and e mail and the design work was completed on time. I have had many compliments on my new landscape from friends and neighbors out for walks. “I have worked with Mitzi VanSant of The Fragrant Garden on two projects: one a residential garden at my home and another very large project at the Texas Quilt Museum. Mitzi's abilities and work ethic, as well as her professional qualifications, on my home garden are the reason I hired her to design from scratch a large new urban garden adjacent to the Texas Quilt Museum. I found her ideas about garden design to be respectful of the environment and location. She quickly grasped the goals of two very different projects and worked diligently and directly with me on both, so I can attest to her commitment and dedication to scheduling, harmonious coordination with subcontractors, and cost. . .all factors that contributed to the success of both projects.
