“Sylvia's Landscaping was all around terrific. They were always on time and within a very reasonable budget. Her expert workers were polite and went a little beyond their job of a spring (and later, fall) landscape cleanup for a good size property with lots of garden beds. They knew pruning and the finer touches of landscape and plant care. I'd highly recommend them.”

“The Hursthouse team patiently spent many hours developing a detailed and extensive renovation plan for our entire property. Major features of the plan included: --installing a brick paver driveway bordered by a snapcut limestone retaining wall --installing bluestone front entry walk and porch --rebuilding backyard bluestone patio and new courtyard area with water fountain and cast iron fence border --extensive landscape lighting both front and back --installing imported planter urns on pedestals --extensive tree & shrub planting, perennials & ground cover. The design added great value and enhanced our enjoyment of our property in ways we never anticipated. “Heffernan Landscape Design designed and installed a garden and patio after gut-rehab and addition built to my home. The architecture of my home, my needs, wish list and my abilitiy as a gardner were taken into account when the garden was designed. A large patio with seating, greenspace, herb garden, and shade trees was installed. Excellent work with beautiful results. Courteous crew left the area spotless.”

“Rooftopia has been exceptional to work with. We live in an apt. duplex with limited space available for them to work with but they were able to create a beautiful landscape. Although we were on a tight budget, they were able to offer us so many options. Everything was completely professional. The proposal was clear and included photo images so we could visualize the layout and end product. They were in constant communication during the entire process too. They are the best in Chicago and so grateful we found them!”

“We have had Exterra do two projects for our home. First was landscaping the front and side of the house. This involved stone work, plantings and a pergola. We were thrilled with beautiful design and the craftsmanship of installation. The plantings have thrived and after 10 years all the work remains intact. Two years ago, we came back to Pete to have a patio put on the back of the house. This was all brick work and Pete's design was great and worked perfect with what was existing. We had some settling on the patio and Exterra was out immediately to fix it and it is great. We love the work Pete has done with design and the guys doing the install were wonderful. We whole heartedly recommend Exterra designs.”
