“I found Dean was very helpful and very honest. The front of my house was a mess, the bay window sills were crumbled away and paint was flaking off. Dean explained that he would have to rebuild sills, sand, fill and paint. I'm very happy, he insisted on giving 2 coats of paint even though I was happy with one. I wish Dean well for the future and I have lots more jobs for him. Very skilled man thank you.”

“Sophie has a rare talent for taking a boring space an making it into something truly wonderful. My front garden, which was a rectangle of bare earth is now a tropical oasis with lush palms, ferns, colourful heucheras and swaying grasses. We often receive compliments from passers by and visitors and it is known in my street as “mini Kew Gardens”. We absolutely love what Sophie has designed for us and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wants to transform even then smallest garden space in to their own corner of paradise.”

“Very professional, fabulous ideas, great concept drawings to help visualise, great to work with and a breadth and depth of knowledge to help achieve your dream garden. We needed a complete garden redesign, as it was old and overgrown. We met at a show, their work on display gave me confidence to book a consultation. After an inital discussion about what we liked/wanted to achieve, the designs were presented in 3 different ways, we decided to use a blend of 2 designs. The planting up was done in phases (our choice) the result is stunning! Just what we wanted, bee and wildlife friendly, with colour and interest throughout the year.”

“We presented David Shawley with a rough plan of what we wanted to do with our small (or so we thought) new-build garden, and he immediately impressed us with his practical knowledge and grasp of what we wanted. Pricing is reasonable and quotes are clearly documented. Throughout the project, David and his expert team (also a David) worked enthusiastically to turn our dream into reality. We felt able to make suggestions along the way, which made us feel truly involved in the project, and the result is exactly as we had hoped for. Our overall impression is that these chaps are hard workers, with lots of experience and an eye for the details which is delightful to watch. They always left the site clean and tidy and were pleasant and professional at all times. I would happily recommend them for garden redesign, walling, paving etc.”

“We would like to recommend Jonathan at Jonathan-wild@hotmail.co.uk. He has helped us immensley in getting our new garden started, designing a fabulous bespoke green house and more recently, designing a perfect site for a North facing shady area which will look wonderful and we will send a photo once it is all planted up. The head gardener at our local Garden Centre was most impressed with Jonathan's design, in fact he gave us a discount!! “We had our front and back gardens fully landscaped which involved a complete dig out and then redesigned with slabbed patio areas and path with a decking and astroturf area the works took 4/5 weeks the lads were extremely professional and friendly and kept us up to date with what they would be doing each day and asked if there was anything that we wanted to change as the design took shape would highly recommend Addingtons to anyone who is looking for landscaping work to be done.”

“We are completely delighted with our evening patio area. Having enjoyed it for just a year now the shrubs in the raised beds have filled out the space and have started to provide some welcome colour for their second season. The barbecue and wooden furniture are recently uncovered ready for the first party of the year this weekend. Looking back at photographs of the work being done at the beginning of 2018 it is hard to remember not having this space in our garden. The design enhanced our own ideas and workmanship both on and around the site was extremely high quality and professional. We can totally recommend Urban Gardener. Its been a great experience all the way through.”
