“We just wanted to say thank you to Frenk and his team for doing a great job, of making our old backyard, look new again. The interlock was 21 years old and had sloped badly towards the foundation. The team was great to deal with (courteous and professional) and I could tell from my conversations that they did all the “right” things. I am inquisitive by nature and would ask questions. Frenk was more than happy to provide an answer, as to what they were doing and if there were any issues, they didn’t try and hide them, they gave you options. They were big on drainage, which made so much sense. In fact, they ended up adding a neat drainage ditch/gutter, for lack of a better term, that now moves water, under the interlock and out to the side of our yard. We can now get rid of the 20 feet of plastic gutter pipe. The were very meticulous in their effort to make sure everything was level or draining away from back steps. They used concrete and a plastic liner material to make everything stayed in place, which no one else has done and we have had 3 contractors over the 21 years. Winters are so tough on landscaping. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Frenk and his team! Great job and thanks again guys.”

“I hired Rhonda to provide me with a redesign of my front yard and steps. She made the process very easy; she was patient, professional and always respectful of my suggestions. Rhonda managed to shape my rambling, vague notion of what I wanted into a tangible design. The result is a wonderfully curated narrative that marries well with the style of our home and perfectly reflects our design sensibilities. I would highly recommend Rhonda Drerue; she is a true talent.”

“Charles worked on our pathway - flagstone - between our carport and our backyard. He was organized, and efficient, and he had great suggestions for the mossy plants between the bricks. 4 years later and the path is still in great condition! Highly recommend!”

“Riverview has done a number of landscape projects for our family over the past 25 years and are well known in Eastern Ontario as one of the top design companies in the area, responsible for major projects and parks as well as large to small residential projects. You will get service on a very personal level with an outcome that is worthy of a gardening magazine. Their recent expansion to product design will be a great supplement to their landscape design expertise.”

“Majore Landscaping has performed two major projects for us. In both cases I had ideas of how the project should be performed. Doug discussed the projects in detail to understand my requirements and then proposed much better solutions. The first project in August 2000 was to design and then build a garden water feature that included two ponds and an interconnecting stream. The main pond is approximately 30 feet diameter and 3 feet deep. The pond was designed by Majore Landscaping and they organized all aspects related to construction and the sourcing of such items as pumps and filters. The cost was in the order of $22,000. Minor adjustments were required after many months of use and these were provided at no cost. The second project was to provide access to the front of our house by means of a series of stone paving steps and also associated landscaping with trees and shrubbery. Again after listening to our requirements Doug provided drawings showing proposed solutions. This project was in 2004 at a cost of approximately $9000. In both projects Doug's solutions were better than my original ideas and the projects were provided at the quoted price and on time. As an indication of my satisfaction I referred Doug to close friends who also engaged Doug for projects.”

“I had the good fortune to be introduced to Keith Ardron in the fall of 2014 by one of my neighbours. My front and back lawns were not only a mess but they were also sloping to my house and not away from it which could turn in to trouble. Keith came to take a look and said that he could repair the lawns. As we were talking I also asked if he could build me a garden curb for the garden along the back of the house and I pointed out how I was unhappy with my patio and the weeds growing between the stones, he said there was a product available that would help deter that problem. The work was slated for the following spring. My next door neighbour and I decided that we would have our fence replaced and she met with Keith about the fence. The following spring Keith arrived on the agreed to day and started working. He removed the grass from the back and made the grade slanting away from the house. He even removed a tree stump that I had in the yard which was an unexpected bonus. After the yard was graded he put new topsoil down and then seeded the yard. Originally I had requested all seed, but after re-thinking about our dogs I asked Keith if he could put down sod on part of the lawn and he did. This flexibility was very much appreciated. Next was the garden curb, which turned out really nice. Last was the patio, he lifted all of the stones, put down a new base with gravel and filter fabric, re-installed the stones and added a new border of stones plus the addition of polymeric sand. The patio turned out really really well. Keith and his crew of 1 sometimes 2 people were always on time, even on one day when it was raining they were still working away. They were very pleasant and they did not leave garbage on my lawn. The front yard work was not extensive, it consisted of putting topsoil on spots that were low and grass seed. Next came the removal of the side fence. Because I have dogs, Keith put up a temporary barrier so the dogs could go out in the yard without escaping. Keith was given the go ahead by my neighbour to design the fence. When I was shown the design I was very pleased. The fence boards were placed horizontally not vertically and there are gaps between the boards. This fence is perfect for my neighbours and I because of our relationship (which Keith was aware of), my neighbours enjoy my dogs and this way they can see the dogs, the dogs can see them and it is easier to pet the dogs. I realize that this may seem a bit odd but it is not odd for us at all. The workmanship on the fence is wonderful. Keith gave us matching gates, which again my dogs enjoy as they can watch people going by on the street. The work was done on time and on budget. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to recommend him and I have already done so. The entire experience was so great that Keith is coming back next month to remove my hedge and install a fence on the other side of my property. The fence will not be open as that side of my property is on a path but it will compliment the fence. Keith is also going to fix my pond which I am really looking forward to.”

“L & G Landscaping. We embarked on a rather large stone patio area on our property. Rebecca, who helped to create the design, from the beginning till the end was flexible, upfront, and open to all ideas and change. The crew who installed our patio area were hard working, friendly and respectful. Our overall experience was great, I would highly recommend this company for anyone's landscaping needs and will most likely use them again.”

“We recently had some interlocking and a wall built around one of our beds in front of our property. The results were spectacular !!!! We have had many compliments from our neighbours and as a result I have sent one referral to everstone and will send many more. Their work in my opinion was exceptional.”
