“The owner of this firm, Omar Khorsheed, carried out a very extensive and difficult landscaping job for our home about 10 years ago. This involved all aspects of design and construction - and subsequent maintenance. It is something of an understatement to say that we were and have remained delighted with the result. An essential part of that abiding delight derives from Omar's remarkable, and to us surprising and unexpected, artistic vision about the job,. The result owes relatively little to our input, and what we have, what we enjoy, we overwhelming owe to his very creative artistic understanding and sensibility. Importantly, however, when we did disagree with him he discussed the issues with us in a good-spirited and respectful manner and, when we resolved on a clear decision, acceded to that in good will. Highest marks and much gratitude to Habitat and DeVries.”

“David did an exquisite job with my yard: it's an oasis and I spend as much time as I can outside taking it in. it's easy-maintenance, beautiful all seasons, and simply peaceful. The process was painless, and David listened carefully to what I wanted and "got" who I am. Moreover, he was mindful of my budget, and I never felt like I had to give up anything. Over the years I have contacted him with questions, and he has always been generous with his time and ideas. He is knowledgeable, talented, and creative. I LOVE LOVE LOVE his work!”

“Colin and his firm Envision have now done two landscape design and build projects for us. It was an experience so different than other construction jobs we have endured. Colin communicated each step of the way, he was creative in taking our ideas and offering creative solutions, alternatives and even cost savings. He was always on schedule and employs a great crew with an eye for detail. The stack rock retaining wall is amazing how it all fits perfectly and actually saved us money versus and plain wood wall. I never knew that native plants could have so much color and visual interest for so much of the year. His design and construction project for a duplex we own was even more creative as he took one plain backyard shared by two tenants a turned it into two separate peaceful low maintenance yards using clump bamboo and natives. Envision’s start to finish philosophy made it easy! (I'll upload some pics soon)”

“Monica Perrone was wonderful to work with. She helped our group from start to finish in achieving our landscape goals. Monica drew out samples and explained in detail what our thoughts would look like in reality. She made knowledgeable suggestions of what types of plants would work best for our project and the reasons for these ideas. The plan even detailed the projection of long term water use needed for the area and the plants. Our project looks beautiful and we are very happy with the end result, all thanks to Monica Perrone's expertise.”

“The best thing about working with DPG Design is that they make the process fun and enjoyable. I needed an entire re-design of my front yard, driveway and entry, which is a big project. The team at DPG Design is so friendly and helpful that the process of creating the perfect design was a breeze, and the result was more than I expected. “Sue Miller of Miller Landscape Architecture took our weedy, uneven, unusable backyard and transformed it into a beautiful terraced garden perfect for relaxing and entertaining. She patiently listened to our thoughts and concerns, and designed and developed a plan that reflects our lifestyle. We now have expansive outdoor living space that fully suits our needs, including native plant gardens, lawn, horseshoe pit play area, deck/pergola, multiple flights of custom cut flagstone stairs, and a flagstone patio. We benefitted from Sue's design talent and construction experience, as well as her ease in working with contractors. She kept us updated throughout a multi-phased construction process, while providing suggestions and soliciting our input. We highly recommend working with Miller Landscape Architecture.”
