“We have been very pleased with the gardening plans that Sunny Pond has developed for our property. We have used Richard's expertise in two areas of our property, our driveway entrance and a side bed across from our pond. We have a rural setting and wanted to plant beds to enhance our natural environment versus a formal garden. Richard drew up a unique plan and color coded the plant drawings so we could envision how the beds would appear throughout the seasons providing continual color. The work is guaranteed replanting shrubs that did not survive the first year. We highly recommend Sunny Pond.”

“I used Outdoor Lifestyles Landscape LLC to install a brick paver patio, as well as replace my old deck boards with Trex composite material. They did a fabulous job and I highly recommend dealing with Bill Siewert. You can tell he's been in the industry for a long time and he really knows the business. We recently had a severe storm with damaging winds and I had a tree fall against my house and into my yard. Upon falling, it destroyed several landscape features in my yard and I again called Outdoor Lifestyle Landscapes. Bill Siewert returned my phone call within 20 minutes, scheduled a time to assess the damage the very next day and provided a very detailed and comprehensive estimate within an hour. The repair installation was scheduled within a reasonable time frame and the crew was courteous and respectful of my property. They cleaned up after themselves better than any other contractor I've had to date. I'd highly recommend their service!”

“Jonpaul and Creative Concepts built our absolutely GORGEOUS patio. I can't say enough about how much care they took to turn our backyard into a Staycation Dreamscape. Super high quality workmanship. Reliable and honest. We had a couple of hiccups along the way due to materials being in short supply (COVID related), but Jonpaul suggested an alternate stone that we ended up liking even more than the original plan and the result is even more beautiful than we could have imagined. This space has added a whole new dimension to our home and entertaining space and we could not be happier.”

“The Rock Creek Innovations team was fastidious and professional from the initial planning meeting to the final shovel of mulch. They turned an unleveled, unkempt yard into a gorgeous courtyard surrounded by native plants and shrubs. In addition to creating a breathtaking landscape for our renovated Museum District home, they designed and installed an underground storm water basin to capture the water from our house, providing a self watering system for grass atop the basin. Rock Creek selected a stunning stone for the walkway and worked tirelessly to ensure that the walkway was set at the proper slope for run off. The work crews were professional; polite, well groomed and knowledgable about the project. Phase 1 of our project took about three weeks to complete and I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned up the site daily, always leaving the area as neat as possible. They showed up when they said they would, did what they promised at the cost that they predicted. We would highly recommend Rock Creek Innovations for any landscape or hardscape project.”

“Excellent local company that gives exceptional value for its efforts. We had them install our sod for our front lawn. They more then met our expectations: They tested the soil, added amendments from a excellent source, they graded the site and spent at lest a day and a half with prep. They delivered the sod in the morning and with a large enough crew had it all laid that day. They spent the next several weeks coming by and watering even though they had the sprinklers on a timer. Finally they gave us a month of free mows by one of the all time best grass cutters we have ever seen. Much of these items and several others were not specified in the contract... they simply were pros and did the job right. They charged more than many other companies but the price was a deal for the quality job that we received. It has been at least 6 years since the installation and we still have them take care of our weed control and the excellent mower is still helping us...and the lawn is a WOW.”

“We used Serenescapes for a back-yard design on a new house. Because the contouring of our lot was not correct and we had essentially a take-off platform for a driveway, we started with a retaining wall for the end of the driveway. Steps come down from the driveway to the backyard joining a walkway that goes to the outside living area. For the terrace level, we deliberately did not have the builder put in a concrete pad as we wanted a stone covered area as well as an outside area. The work was all done by Serenescapes, was done well and looks great. The owner of the company is meticulous on how he likes the stone to look and the final presentation shows it. Not too often we would recommend someone who did work for us, but in this case we definitely would recommend Serenescapes for any outdoor hardscaping.”
