From the start we could tell he loves his job. He listened to our needs & wishes. He respected our budget and time frame. Proposing a plan that was detailed and artistic in scope. Scott is a man of his word. He does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. Ending with a follow up visit so that we know how to give the best care for our plantings. Refreshing! We had 4 landscaping companies either working for us or out to our home before we found Scott here on Houzz. Earthwise was worth sorting through the ordinary to get to the exceptional. “I have been utilizing the services of Florida Landscape Living(FLL) for about 4 years now. They provide a landscape that exceeds expectations. They are courteous and professional. From day one they have delivered on their promises. Their communication with the client is exceptional; they are on site when they say they would be never any excuses. I have dealt with only two companies in the central FL area that keep their promises and schedules, FLL is one of them. “Finally - someone as discerning as I am! I cant say enough good things about Peter Moran's design expertise, professionalism, attention to detail and level of insight into what was needed to far exceed our expectations. It started with "just a pool" consultation. After speaking with him about the additional things we wanted to do with our balcony and outdoor second story space, he started describing the benefits of a single holistic design for all of it. We contracted Garden Home and Stone to do complete design drawings, renderings and materials specs for the pool, the balcony and the landscaping. in addition, he was able to recommend an awesome dock builder. We spent a lot of money on this project and lets just say I am a high maintenance client (and a CPA). Peter was so patient with me and we came to trust each other on many aspects of the overall job. My husband was thrilled with the work he did and it was certainly much easier to feel good about the costs when we could see it come to life on the page. This allowed us to make many small / medium changes that definitely drove a superior final product. We did not really have to make many major changes as Pete is exceptionally gifted in taking a conversation and some pictures clipped from google and turning that into renderings (with some of his own touches - he had a very high level of personal ownership in the outcome) that just blew us away. Pete also personally managed the pool company manager to ensure his vision came to life as outlined. We contracted the landscaping company he recommended, and again, he managed them as well and they also did an exceptional job. Because his design and renderings had so much detail, we were able to use them with our contractor for the balcony construction which also looks amazing. We are nearly done with the project so I am uploading just the before pics and some renderings. Don't want to upload the final finished actual pics yet as we just have to do a couple of finishing touches on the patio, but let me just say, even though the design is 1000% better than the "before", the actual finished product is even nicer than that - no kidding. My husband says over and over how the money we spent with Garden Home and Stone was one of the best investments we made on this journey. Thanks Pete!”

“I contracted this firm for a backyard renovation that would require creativity, a broad knowledge of plant material, technical expertise and, from the shape my yard was in when they started, a lot of hard work and patience. “My wife and I hired Central Florida Landscaping for a backyard Renovation around our pool. We love the the water features and the way the yard appears to have a natural look. They have a creative eye with an Aggressive approach which made us feel more than comfortable. They have an Acute awareness of cost and a almost magical touch reflecting the finished results. “We moved into a new home without any back yard landscaping. We had Paradise out to quote adding a tropical "island" to our Florida back yard to add some screening from our neighbors. Jimmy their designer came out and discussed our plan and worked with me to do a native planting that would not need a lot of maintenance. Within a week he had submitted a detailed drawing and plant list. We were able to work with them on budget and still have a beautiful backyard oasis. Jimmy's crew was phenomenal.. They laid out the island, removed grass, dug holes for palms and plants and installed the entire area in under 3 hours...Wow...I just cannot say enough about this group. Even when we were just shopping at the nursery, Erica at the front desk was so helpful and knowledgeable about plants and growing info, we decided then that we wanted to work with them. Great group to work with.”
